KYLA was established with a commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for young people and communities through research and data collection, ICT and digital innovation, education and skills development, and youth employment and income generation. At KYLA, we believe that young people are not simply beneficiaries of development — they are important contributors, innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and leaders of change. Our goal is to create practical pathways through which young people can develop skills, access opportunities, participate in research, and contribute to sustainable development. As we continue to grow, we are building partnerships with research institutions, development organizations, government agencies, private-sector actors, universities, and other stakeholders who share our vision.
